Earlier this week, Graeme and myself met with two representatives from the Department of Transport, including their Principal Engineer for Vehicle Standards.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty and confusion in relation to GCM revisions, until further notice, BAM Garage has made the decision to not perform or discuss any GCM Modification related activities, this includes both pre and post registered vehicles. As you are no doubt aware, GVM and GCM revisions are a significant part of our business and towing safety is something BAM Garage is very passionate about. We are working with our external teams to clarify the current federal and state positions in relation to GCM modifications and will continue to update you as information comes to hand.
